BACK ORDERS

Occasionally there may be manufacturer back orders and out of stock items. In the event you order a product and it does not arrive with the rest of your order...the packing slip will have a notation of that. The item will be shipped to you as soon as it's back in stock. No additional shipping fees are charged for shipping items that were on back order.

ICE BAGS and PROBIOTICS PRODUCTS

During the warm months and also shipments to warmer climates, an ICE BAG will be included in the shipment to help protect those products heat damage. Some products are 'heat sensitive'. An additional charge of $2.50 (refundable) will be added to the bill during those times for the single ice bags and an additional charge of $5.00 will be added for the "styro box" and larger ice bag (refundable). This is provided for the safety of the 'heat sensitive' products.
